About
After perfecting a delightful recipe for Almond Toffee, Chet and Vernie Enstrom founded Enstrom Candies in 1960 in the small town of Grand Junction, Colorado. What began as a mom-and-pop shop offering hand-dipped chocolates and our signature Almond Toffee quickly gained a devoted following, and by 1965, our artisan confections were being shipped worldwide. Today, Enstrom Candies remains a family-owned business, now in its fourth generation. Our traditional Almond Toffee is still made by hand using Chet’s original recipe and high-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. Now located in the Home Loan State Bank building, Enstrom Candies brings our sweet tradition to Montrose. Our confections are crafted in Grand Junction with the same care and dedication that has defined our family for generations. Whether you’re enjoying our handcrafted almond toffee, small-batch ice cream, or fresh-brewed coffee, we know it’ll be a mighty good treat.
