JDRF One Walk® mobilizes communities including corporate sponsors, teams, and of course large numbers of families and friends of people living with type 1 diabetes (T1D), in an effort to drive change through fundraising efforts focused on finding a cure and improving the lives of those with T1D.
Walk Day is a celebration of all those that have worked hard to raise funds and who have committed to make a difference for those with T1D. It’s also the day to recognize those who have to manage T1D each and every day and to show them our commitment to ending this stressful disease.
Our 5K Walk will take place on November 4 at Cerise Park. You can register to walk and work to gain sponsorship at the website noted above.
