Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery presents “The Power of the Mic”, a Spoken Word Open Mic. Express yourself by sharing up to five minutes of poetry, slam poetry, stand-up comedy, or any other form of spoken word art! If you’re not interested in performing, come enjoy the Gallery and support the spoken word artists while you experience the power of expression through words. The Mic starts at 7PM, Tuesday, August 27th, at Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery at 33 N. Uncompahgre in Downtown Montrose, and doors will open at 6:30 for signups. All ages are welcome. Please be aware that some material may be for mature audiences. $10 adults/$5 under 18.
