Celebrate age at BeaconFest in Montrose
Colorado’s premier boomer and senior expo returns to the Montrose Pavilion on Thursday, September 12 with free admission, live music, resources and big giveaways!

BeaconFest, Colorado’s largest and funnest celebration for seniors, baby boomers and their families, returns to the Montrose Pavilion, 1800 Pavilion Drive, on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. This event has FREE admission and an engaging lineup of FREE activities geared toward attendees age 50 and older.

Guests can enjoy live music from some of the area’s best musicians, sample delicious food from local restaurants, attend educational seminars by top experts and enter to win prizes every half-hour! BeaconFest is also a fantastic opportunity to connect directly with more than 60 local businesses and national agencies devoted to helping older adults age well in Western Colorado.

The Volunteer of the Year ceremony at 1 p.m. will honor some of our community’s most giving and passionate senior volunteers. Readers of the BEACON’s monthly magazine can learn about this year’s honorees in the August issue and vote for their favorite.

Local nonprofits supported by volunteers can learn more about nominating a volunteer by emailing Cloie@BeaconSeniorNews.com.
